- Front Desk Associate who will provide customer service to all hotel guests.
Looking for someone for some afternoon shifts (2pm - 10pm) and some night time shifts (10pm - 6am). Possible 3-5 shifts per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with the guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Answer phone calls to make reservations.
- Use proprietary software to manage all guest's accounts.
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance personnel in assisting guests with all their needs.
Qualification:
- Must be able to multi-task during their 8-hour shift.
